The BlueFit Foundation is a Not for Profit Organisation, dedicated to providing funded sports and physical activity programs, as well as free access to sporting and leisure facilities to local communities.
Teaming up with national mental health advocates – Head Space and R U OK, the BlueFit Foundation is introducing WellXP. The first holistic Youth Wellness Experience targeting all aspects of health and wellbeing under one roof in one day. The event is catered to senior high school students in years 11 and 12, featuring a range of prominent and influential people including but not limited to, national sports stars and representatives from education authorities.
There will be a range of information focusing on one’s whole self, specifically targeting mental health, education, finance, health, fitness and nutrition, community involvement and life-readiness.
Students will be provided with a pass for entry on the day. This pass will allow the students to keep a track of the experts they speak to on the day. Teachers will then have the opportunity to evaluate the areas of interest for their students, to promote further learning in the classroom.
Students will be able to purchase lunch from 11am, a variety of food trucks will be available selling $5 meal options
Competition winners announced and the event closed.
