The BlueFit Foundation is a Not for Profit Organisation, dedicated to providing funded sports and physical activity programs, as well as free access to sporting and leisure facilities to local communities.
Teaming up with national mental health advocates – Head Space and R U OK, the BlueFit Foundation is introducing WellXP. The first holistic Youth Wellness Experience targeting all aspects of health and wellbeing under one roof in one day. The event is catered to senior high school students in years 11 and 12, featuring a range of prominent and influential people including but not limited to, national sports stars and representatives from education authorities.
There will be a range of information focusing on one’s whole self, specifically targeting mental health, education, finance, health, fitness and nutrition, community involvement and life-readiness.
The goal is for students and teachers to interact with as many professionals as possible and gather information as personally required, whether it be for themselves or for their friends and families.
This is a chance to get a glimpse of what the future can hold and the support options available as they prepare to enter adulthood. The various experts will provide information surrounding a number of topics including mental health, wellbeing, nutrition, oral health, physical activity, social media, life readiness, financial wellbeing and employment.
This is an interactive event with unlimited opportunities to learn. WellXP is designed to provide students with the ability to rome freely and learn at their own pace according to their personal preferences.
